Neighoff & Sons in the 1950's as a small commercial and residential painting firm in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Following incorporation in 1972, the firm diversified into industrial painting. To further meet the needs of our clients, we created the Construction Division in 1986 to provide general contracting services in new construction and tenant office renovations. Today, OTN has set the mark as a leader in the painting and construction industry, respected both for its sound business practices and for professional contracting services. O.T. Neighoff & Sons, Inc. is committed to performing each contract to the highest degree of industry safety and quality standards and operates in full compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines. Our firm is fully licensed, insured and bonded in the state of Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
